Our Dorset- based family business Fournier’s Ltd has been serving customers across the South West of England and beyond since 1995. However, it’s foundations were laid in the 1980’s, when a young 15 year old Craig Fournier began working as an apprentice for the leading distributor of Aga’s in the South East alongside a gentleman with a fifty year career in the Aga field.

Thirty four years has passed since Craig completed his apprenticeship and in 1995 he became the Managing Director of the independent Aga company Fournier’s Ltd. Still, a day never passes without appreciation for the kind, patient and wise gentleman, who taught that eager young boy all he knows today. We only wish that he could still be around when a problem with a 1930’s Aga crops up, he always had the answer.

In 1995 Fournier’s Ltd began Selling, Installing and Servicing the iconic Aga products in Dorchester, Dorset and we know that now more than ever before, people are placing this legendary cooker at the top of their kitchen wish list.

Here at Fournier’s Ltd we are both aware and continuously learning about the seriousness of Climate change and Environmental issues and how our decisions will impact future generations. With this in mind, we now supply newly Reconditioned Cookers and Convert existing cookers to run on Electric. This is a cleaner, more affordable and flexible service because the additional requirements of extra works such as: flues, oil tanks and regular Servicing are largely reduced. Nevertheless, Fournier’s Ltd will only install and recommend Aga’s that have the same unmistakable ability to cook like only a traditional Aga can. A cooker that has been such a treasured part of our homes since 1929. 

There are so many Aga's now on the market where the Aga is basically turned into an electric cooker, whilst still dressing it in Aga Clothing. We don’t sell these or convert any existing Aga's in this way .
